Since acceleration is defined as the chamge In velocity of an object per unit time
a = v - u /t
Now,
at = v - u
Thus,
v = u + at.
a = v - u /t
Now,
at = v - u
Thus,
v = u + at.

As we know,
a=v-u/t
So,
at=v-u (Taking t to LHS)
Or,
v-u=at
Or,
v=at+u (Taking u to RHS)
Or,
v=u+at (Derived)
