it's law of periods

which means the line joining the earth to sun sweeps out equal area in equal intervals of time

so we can say velocity is inversely proportional to the distance......

hope it helps u dear friend

Hello mate

Answer

Kepler's second law of planetary motion describes the speed of a planet traveling in an elliptical orbit around the sun. It states that a line between the sun and the planet sweeps equal areas in equal times.

Hope it is useful.....
