Pascals Law = According to Pasclas law effect of gravity is neglected the pressure at every point of liquid will be in equilibrium of rest .

The fact that g appears explicitly in Pascal's law tells you the answer. Setting g→0 in a limiting procedure is identical to taking Δh→0 (or ρ→0).

So Pascal's law reduces in these (equivalent) limits as the rather trivial statement that ΔP=0.
