Derive and explain the linear momentum by third law of motion ??

If we will go to the newtons third law of motion ...
he says there for every acction there is an equal and opposite reaction......
when we will take the example of force...
fab=-fba.........
that is the reaction of this force
due to this we can say it the linear momentum by thurd law of motion.....
it means the force total momentem befire collosion is equal to total momentum after collusion....if the external force will not act on them then we will say it the principle of conservation of linear momentum.
