1. When two bodies are charged by rubbing each other, one body looses some electrons.

2. While, these electrons gets tranferred to other body.

3. Newton's third law of motion for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.


4. Therefore, the body which looses the electrons gets positively charged and the body which gains the electrons gets negatively charged.

5. Hence, in this way, they are opposite charged.

when two bodies are charged by rubbing them together they acquire equal and opposite charge. because when two bodies r rubbed one body losses some electron and the other body gains thus electron therefore the body that losses elctron become positively charged and one that became negatively charged.
other way we see from according to the third law of motion is action is equal to reaction.
