Osmotic pressure = van't Hoff factor*concentration*universal gas constant*temperature. Van't Hoff factor depends on the association or dissociation of the reaction.

Van hoff derived the formula which can osmotic pressure , TT= c R T by the respective analogy with part of the pressure of an ideal gas of the same concentration as well as temperature .


Here the C is molar concentration of solute with the particle , R is gas constant and T is consider as the absolute temperature.
