Describe 3 adventages & disadvantage of the political expression of cast difference?

I don't think that there are any advantage of cast difference because we all are human and politics should not do these kind of stupidity!. Hence there are only advantages of no cast difference like people do not have to be called "unchut jaati", " dalits", etc ..And this will make them respected .
