Madame Olivier was Helens French teacher in wright humason school. she was a French lady who did not know the manual alphabet ,and who was obliged to give her instruction orally . Helen could read her lips easily ; so her progress was much slower in French than in German . However she managed to read "le medicin malgre lui" again . But she did not like it nearly so well.
