Any change in the environment of an organism that results in a change in the activity of the body is called Stimulus.
Example - When you touch a hot stove,you quickly pull your hand away.

Any activity due to the stimulus is called response.
Example - Pulling your hand away from a stove is a response.

The actions which are controlled by the spinal cord are called reflex actions.
Example - Blinking of eyes on dust getting into the eyes is a reflex action.

Stimulus are those from which we give response by different muscles or gland......response is the reaction towards stimulus ....... ex :- when we smell something bad it is stimulus and we respond it by closing our nose for few time wid use of hands....snd reflex action is the automatic reaction by body so that our body will be save from damage ...... when we touch a hot plate we removed our hand from it.....
