Photosynthesis is the process of making food by plants .

The raw materials needed for plants to conduct photosynthesis are as follows:

CHLOROPHYLL

SUNLIGHT

CARBON DIOXIDE

WATER.

■ It is the process by which green plant and some other organism use sunlight to synthesize nutrients from carbon dioxide and water.

■ The main product form here is glucose and by products are oxygen and water.

■ Here it takes place in chlorophyll and I'm presence of sunlight.

Photosynthesis:-

It is the process by which green plants make their own food with the help of water and carbon dioxide in the presence of sunlight. The leaves of plants contains a green pigment called chloroplast or chlorophyll which traps the sunlight and used it as an energy to make its own food.

Products formed after photosynthesis:-

Oxygen, Carbohydrates or glucose and some amount of water.

Why photosynthesis necessary??

It is necessary for plants as well as for other organisms like human beings because plants formed oxygen in very large amount by this process which then used by us.
