Describe an activity of reaction of metal hydrogen carbonate or metal carbonate with acid by labelled diagram

Answer:

Take two test tubes , label them as A and B. Then take about 2 mL of dilute HCl to both test tubes .Then pass the gas produced in each case through lime water .Lime water turns milky.This shows that the gas produced is Carbon dioxide.
