Take out a bottle of water(cold) from the refrigerator and place it on the table. You will see small drops of water appearing on the outer surface of the bottle. This is because water vapour present in the air condenses and forms small drops of water. This activity proves that air contains water vapour.
Hope it helps you...All the best.

Answer:

  • Place the glossy, smooth can or clear glass container on a solid, flat surface. Water should fill the container about three-fourths of the way. Put one of the thermometers in the water-filled container and the other one on the surface next to it. As soon as possible, check both thermometers' readings and make a note of them.
  • Use a stirring rod to mix the ice and water after adding it to the container of water. Keep a close eye on the container's exterior surface and keep an eye out for any changes in the way it looks.
  • Record the water's temperature and the surface thermometer's temperature as soon as you notice variations on the container's surface.
  • Results: This activity is meant to make it easier to look at actual proof that there is water in the air.
