Describe an activity to show the particles of matter are continuously moving

Drop a crystal of copper sulphate in a glass of hot water and another containing cold water. Do not stir the solution. Allow the crystal to settle down.
You will observe that the particles of matter intermix on their own with each other
Due to this activity we can prove that particles of matter are continuously moving.
