Diffussion is the movement of moecules from a region of high molecule concentration to a region of low molecule concentration.

High temperatures increase energy  and this in return increases the random motion of molecules . As a result the diffusion rate increases.

Lower temperatures bring down the energy levels of the molecules slowing down the movement of molecules and thus slowing diffusion
