yes it can be have the displacement as zero because if the moving body comes to its initial position back then the displacement can be zero .

let's take an example of a car ;

if you see in this case a car moves from its home and then after sometimes it comes back to its home then here the displacement will be zero as it come back to his initial position or definite position
