Take 2 Bar Magnets and put the North pole of one magnet towards South Pole of another magnet.Observe

Now, Take North pole of both magnets towards each other and Observe.

OBSERVATION

1.When we take north pole of one magnet towards south pole of another magnet ,we see a force between the two magnets.This force is called Attraction.

2.When we take North pole of both magnets, we see a force called Repulsion.

Both two forces are caused without any physical contact between them.

Hence we can say that Magnetic Force is a non-contact Force.
