Mulberry silkworm rearing, being completely domesticated, demands specified environmental conditions like temperature (24-28% C) and relative humidity (70-85%)

Rearing of Silkworms - Silkworm is a white color insect . The female silkmoth lays 100 of eggs on the mulberry leaves which are stored in the suitable temperature . After it eggs hatch into larva , called caterpillar. They feed on the mulberry leaves only for 25 - 30 days and grow in size. The Silkworm secrets a liquid which hardens when it come with the contect of air. Silkworm covers itself with it , which is called peupa . The remaining development is done in the cocoon . And the Silkworm is converted in to silkmoth in the peupa. And comes out from it. Thus this cyclic is continued . This is called REARING OF SILKWORM (S).
