these days we see kids even of class nursey kg carrying extremely heavy bags with them at school.its so disheartening that kids are being forced to study and there is an immense pressure on parents to keep child at study only.kids have no time to enjoy themselves.these has to be some way to lighten up the study because the kids are just so small the need to play exercise to keep themselves fit.
if thios would be the situation then there is going to be a lot of stress and health issues with people in the future.like backpain weak eyes and all.because of all these situations even parents are in lots of pressure and tension as there is lots of competition.
for kids try to make time adjustment so tht kids can have enough time to play outside and dance.
as for adults best would be to do some yoga meditation listening to light music.a proper eight hour sleep is a must for both the parents and the kids.
