The first function of the Prime Minister is the formation of Cabinet.

Allocation of departments to the minsters is done by the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister presides over the meetings of the cabinet.

The Prime Minister takes care of the departments and functions of the ministers.

He works as a link between the President and the cabinet.

He is the chief advisor to the President.

The Prime Minister uses the emergency rights of the President.

It is the responsibility of the Prime Minister to establish relations to do agreement and treaties with foreign countries.
