the britiah gov. imposed import duties in england so the exports from India decline
Manchester Industrialist asked the East India Company to sell their products in India so the Indian market was flooded with Manchester goods and the Indian Weavers were not able to compete with them because they were very cheap
due to Civil war in USA the export of cotton from there declined and British turned to India so there was increase in export of cotton so its price increased and Indian Weavers were forced to buy the raw cotton with exorbitant price
