The three steps taken by Lenin to improve agriculture and economy of Russia were:-
i) all land were taken away from the aristocratic class and was granted to the village Soviets
ii) peasants were allowed to buy and sell in open markets. They could also sell their surpluses and his labourers.
iii) agricultural Banks and collective farms were set up.
