Artificial vegetative reproduction is a process of growing plants using artificial methods like layering, grafting, tissue culture, and cutting.
These methods are used usually for those plants which produce either very few seeds or do not produce viable seeds like Banana, Pineapple, Rose, etc.
These methods are rapid, easier, and a less expensive methods used for multiplying plants which have poor viability or prolonged seed dormancy.
