Shylock became an instrument of fate bcoz his worker Lancelot has left his old master the Jew .He has joined with his new master Bassanio. Shylock goes ahead by the faith because when Bassanio asks Antonio for another he wasn't able to afford him because his ships were on sail and yet didn't return.
