our country (india) has aristocratic government , they get special treatment from society, they don't care about rules also not follow them. The cause critical damage and trouble to civilian and society, even after that neither media ,not government , arrest or punish them for thier doing. Our governments and media is biased.

So, I want to know why is our country call itself democracy?
