The superstition which scared Calpurnia was in the nightmare she experienced.

Description of the nightmare-

A lioness gave birth on the street (it does not happen in reality as lionesses give birth in  secure and closed spaces),graves opened and the dead were brought back to life, there were warriors fighting above the clouds who were placed in right battle orders  and this battle drizzled blood upon the Capitol, horses neighed and dying men groaned and ghosts shrieked and there were squeals in the streets.

Calpurnia also saw a fountain which was in Caesar's form which poured out Caesar's blood and strong Romans came smiling and washed their hands in it.
