Explanation:

A bill is first read in ahouse of parliament when a member introduces it.The member who introduces the bill then explains the purpose of the bill. The bill is discussed thorouly amongst members of parliament who can suggest possible changes. At this stage the bill is drafted again after making suitable changes. After it gets its final form it is presented and put to vote.If the majority of the members present vote in favour of the bill,it is passed. The bill is then sent to the other house, where it goes through the same prosegure if passed by this house it is sent to the president for the approval. The president either signs the bill or sends it back to the house with suggestion. The bill when signed by the president then becomes a law.
