formation of copper sulphate crystals,
take a beaker and add some impure sample of copper sulphate and dissolve it to make a solution of cooper sulphate and filter the sol to remove impurities. heat the copper sulphate on a water bath or beaker (then dip a glass rod  time to time . when small crystals forms on the glass rod, the solution is saturated.) allow it to cool down and u could see crystals of pure cooper sulphate and the impurities are left behind with the solution and at last filter it so that crystals of pure cooper sulphate could be separated from the left behind sol.
hope that this will help u.

Take a cupful of water in a beaker and add a few drops of dilute sulphuric acid. Heat the water. When it starts boiling, add copper sulphate powder slowly while stirring continuously. Continue adding till no more powder can be dissolved. Filter the solution. Allow it to cool. Look at the solution after sometime. You will see crystals of copper sulphate.
