The stars are much much much farther away than any distance you can moveon the Earth, so you shouldn't be able to see them "move" on the sky just bymoving on the Earth. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that the stars do move slowly over the course of the night

For your kind information stars doesn't mive from their current place the rotates so we can can see stars in both morning and night but they are only visible in the night time for us. Due to sun light we cant see stars in morning.
