Fractional distillation

Explanation:

Since the difference of boiling points of the substances is less than 45*C , we must use fractional distillation method . In this method mixture is boiled and when vapours reach top of the beaker , they will be cooled and the one with high boiling point will come out as liquid and the one with low boiling point will come out as vapour only.

By the way , boiling point of heptane is 98*C .
