The Post master was waiting eagerly for Ali to come to take his letter. Ali came at 4 IN the morning whereas post master was at the post office since 3 am. He realised the pain and suffering of Ali who had been waiting for his daughter Miriam's letter since 5 years.
The post master had only spent a single night, but was anxious when he heard a knock at the door. He opened the door and saw Ali and handed over the letter to him.
Then, Laxmi Das called from behind and the post master was amazed to see Ali vanished.
Laxmi Das said that Ali died 3 months ago when post master enquired about Ali to him.
The post master was amazed but kept silent.
