Sub: Request for swiping machine cancellation – Regarding

Sir

I had applied for a swiping machine on 2-Jan-2018 for my shop. I was told that it would take a month’s time to process the request. However, I am relocating my shop to out of Coimbatore for personal reasons. Therefore, I would like to cancel my request for the swiping machine.

Kindly make arrangements to process the cancellation request at the earliest. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

                I had applied for a swiping machine for my shopping centre nearly a month ago. I was not aware that my cashier had also applied for the same. His application was processed and the swiping machine has been delivered to the shopping centre. So I would like to cancel my application for a swiping machine.
