,and the heat which required to convert 1 kilo of liquid into gas without change in temperature is known as latent heat of vaporization.

because it directly change into vapour without changing into liquid. the cooling caused by evaporation is based on the fact that when a liquid evaporates its take the latent heat of vaporization from any things which it touches bye lossing hate this anythings get cooled.
