Cardiac muscle;

Nature:

cardiac muscles show characteristics of both smooth and straight and muscles. cardiac muscles are composed of branched fibres and branches join to form a network.

⇒ the cardiac muscles occur in( i.e., in the walls of heart)

⇒ cardiac muscles contract and relax rapidly, Rhythmically and tirelessly through out a life time. the contract endlessly from early embryonic stage until death.

⇒ designer long branch and have nuclei.

⇒ cells are joined to each other at their end.

⇒All the muscle cells in cardiac muscle have striations.

⇒Though it resembles the striated in it's structure, it is an involuntary muscle.
