Menstrual cycle is a natural change that occur in the female body. Every month the ovary produces one egg and prepares the uterus to receive the fertilized egg.  If fertilization did not take place then the lining of the uterus breaks and blood and mucus come out of the body through vagina. This cycle takes place once in 28-30 days. This cycle is called menstrual cycle
