- Amoebial cyst enters the system and causes excystation in small intestine.

- poor sanitation
# Pathogenicity -
- Typhoid is caused by Salmonella typhi A & B.
- Bacteria enters the system by contaminated drinking water or feco oral route.
- Bacteria spreads through whole body by blood circulation.
- Typhoid bacilli are shed in feces.
