Hello Sweety❤❤
here's ua answer :
1. A plant grows new tissue from an apical meristem. The apical meristem is a group of cells that retain the ability to continue divisions, forming new cells continuously as the plant grows. This PRIMARY growth is responsible for growth in height.
MORE OVER♤
Apical dominance occurs when the shoot apex inhibits the growth of lateral buds so that the plant may grow vertically. It is important for the plant to devote energy to growing upward so that it can get more light to undergo photosynthesis.
