Area of Himalyas :- 1.089 million km²
The Himalyas is newly founded mountain and it can be a loarge mountain (i.e.)  cone shaped mountain. Its peak are pointed in shape that indicates that it was a new mountain. Mountains like Aravalli have unpointed peaks  denoting that they are old mountains.
