The cathode ray exprements is done by passing a ray through electrodes ...HERE THE EXPLANATION OF EXPREMENTS......
The things which are required in exprements are .. two electrodes .. 1-cathode , 2-anode ... and a glass tube is also required ...
so in glass tube both electrodes are placed in opposite sides ... glass tube is connected with a battery and a gas is filled in glass tube to perform the expirement

Answer:

Explanation:

The stream of electrons in cathode ray tube constitutes the cathode rays. Electrons are emitted by hot filament by the process of thermionic emission. These electrons pass through controlling and focusing device . They are accelerated by applying appropriate voltage between cathode and anode and finally made incident on a flourascent screen after passing through cross electric and magnetic fields.
