Answer: The condition was very poor

Explanation:

During the rule of revolutionary government the women dreamed and thought of getting their own rights finally, but at the end the government nearly made them stand wrong but still made some important (very important) changes in their life such as  now they had the right to divorce and had education compulsory with their own foundation of jobs. After the reign of terror came where things started to get worse for women, their rights were again lost and some clubs were also destroyed which were formed earlier. The one who ignited the spirit of women's changes was hanged (Miss De Gouges) and all the rights were brought back leaving women to nothing since Maximilian Robespierre thought "that women had their own role made by nature" but when things just came right and after this they fought very hard for their rights but around 22 august 1946 they received the right to vote.

have a good day ahead, friend :-D
