Quality circles (QCs) have become the most popular employee involvement concept among the organizations that pursue excellence. The philosophy is that quality control planning will succeed only with “quality-mindedness” that slides down from the top management to workers.
This concept has been used to improve the performance of the organization, to motivate the workers, etc.
The 4 quarters of the quality circle which are important for worker employment are - Act, Plan, Do, and Check.
