In the year of 1979, on an afternoon of 14th July a historical event took place in Paris, France which is popularly known as Storming of the Bastille.

It was basically the trigger point of the French revolution when medieval prison, fortress and armoury were stormed by the revolutionaries.

This intention of the revolutionaries was to put an end to the tradition of abuse of power by the monarchy.
