The face of the statue shows a "Wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command." The pharaoh/king ordered to create this statue to the sculptor in order to serve his greatness as a monument. Ozymandias statue is mocked by the sculptor's hand by presenting him as he was: a self-righteous, proud and condescending ruler.
