Dear Sir/Madam,

SUBJECT: COMPLAINT ABOUT NEGLIGENCE OF EMPLOYEES.

I am writing this letter to complain of the poor service I received from your employees on June 28, 2015 when I visited the Delhi branch.

I am dissatisfied with the service provided by your employees to such an old customer because your employees are not able to convey the accurate information and further are unable to correct the mistakes done by them in my bank account details. I have already told this problem but no one can take it serious and no step should take it for this way .
so please kindly take some steps about my problem...
