Differentiate between state ,union and concurrent list

in state list only state government takes decission and central government can not interfare in it. and in concurrent they make their decissions together and if their decissions are different then central decission will be followed as it has more powers. state will think only his profit not the whole country as it is incharge of only that particular area. and central will make its decission for the whole country he will make profit of the whole country.
