There was a craze in the house about the name of the first baby in the house. So firstly, her father suggested the name of mildred campbell. Then her mother decided to give their maiden name helen everett to her. But in excitement of carrying her to church her father lost name on the way. He remembered only word helen and when minister asked And he gave the name HELEN ADAMS.
