Though the public facilities being introduced in the society enables every citizen to enjoy that facility but the measures are also taken to ensure the perfect delivery of the facility to the public.  

• The Article 21 ensures Right to Life.

• Right to Information enabled to answer the question asked and take appropriate action required.

• Grievance Cell.

• Most importantly, No profit being incurred to government in any form for the public facility.
