India has many added benefits of being the largest coastal boundary sharing country in the Indian Ocean. It can operate on the ocean better and effectively than others.
We have more oceanic boundary in Nautical miles than any other.
It is a major boost for the trade. Also, India does not have any foreign country in the Indian ocean except Srilanka and Maldives. It is open to experiment for warhead weapons.
