Describe the invisible man visit to Dr. Kemp house

Dr.Kemp was sitting in this room probably thinking of some experiments.When he hears the sound of gunshots,He wonders whether people have gone mad.

Later in the night someone rings the door bell,but no one is seen,his maid informs him that its probably a runaway ring.And when Dr.Kemp goes back to his room he observes blood stains in the floor mat (invisible mans blood stain is visible).

When he gets into the room he sees, that his bed has been depressed just like someone is sitting in the bed. He hears a voice calling Kemp, at first he ignores later is convinced that invisible man exsists, and the man is none other than his junior during his college times
