the people of Tamil minority in Sri Lanka want reservation in government jobs as they are very in less population and they don't get as equal right as other people get. they are not also treated good.

Firstly they demanded to recognize the Tamil language as the official language.
Secondly Tamil demanded provincial sovereignty.
Thirdly Tamils demands the equalization of opportunities in obtaining education and employment.
