Nowadays the geometrical proof of any theorem in geometrical part of the book of O-level equivalent in Pakistan (Matric) and India contain following format of proofs

Diagram:

First of all we have to make diagram relevant to given statement of theorem.

Given:

Second we have to write data given in the statement for further use

To Prove:

Third we have to write what we have to prove in the theorem and alternatives.

Construction:

Then we have to do some construction in the diagram made in the first part if needed

Proof:

Then actual proof start with two columns

In first column we have to write the statements and in the second column we have to write reasons.
